Fantastic Activities and Great Staff

well maintained site accommodating staff ghost train ride

This is my fourth visit. The site is well maintained. The staff at "The Venue" were great. One night the doorman got me a chair and found a table. Staff took my tray to the table. They showed similar care for other guests with disabilities. All staff organized very good activities during Halloween week, including pumpkin carving and a ghost train ride. The staff brings my spirits up!

The venue for entertainment needs more space. Most nights people queue because it reaches maximum occupancy. If you come at the end of the season, expect the camp shop to be running down stock that will expire before the next season.

The grounds are beautiful, great for children, with so much to do. The grounds include a skate park. There are multiple swimming pools, and many food outlets including Mario's pizzas, providing various dining options throughout your stay. The park is generally well looked after.

Several food outlets provide diverse choices. Mario's pizzas offer a satisfying meal. The Terrace restaurant has a varied menu. There is a supermarket on site. The Deck bar serves drinks, this offers a good selection of refreshments.

The caravan was super clean, well equipped, and to a high standard. The caravan provided comfortable beds. A cleaning service is provided to ensure the living space remains tidy. The accommodation ensures a pleasant stay.

small bedroom inconvenient shower door

the landscaping was nice and the hotel seemed well-kept.

I found the main bedroom to be too small. I bruised my legs due to the limited space. the bathroom also felt cramped, and the shower door opened outwards, inconvenient.
